THE REALITY

Does It Feel Like You’re Living
Two Different Lives?

There is the life everyone sees where you show up for work, smile at family dinners,

and say "I'm fine." And then there is the life inside your head where the waves of grief

threaten to pull you under at any moment.

01

The Exhaustion of "Performing"

You are tired of wearing the mask of strength. You’re holding it together for everyone else, but who is holding space for you?

02

The Emotional Ambush

You think you’re okay, and then a song, a smell, or a random memory hits you like a physical blow, leaving you breathless in the middle of a workday.

03

The Identity Loss

It’s not just that they are gone. It’s that you are gone. You don't recognize the person in the mirror anymore.

04

The Guilt of Moving Forward

You’re terrified that if you let go of the pain, you’re letting go of them.

"Here is the truth: What you are feeling isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s a sign of great love. But you don't have to drown in it."

MY STORY

I’m Tracey Jane

— They Call Me "The Grief Whisperer."

Because I’ve walked through the fire, and I found the way out.

I didn't learn about grief just from textbooks. I learned it when my own

world shattered. I lost two people I loved deeply, and suddenly, my

business, my family, and my sanity felt like they were slipping through

my fingers.

I remember the fog. I remember the well-meaning people saying,

"Time heals all wounds," and wanting to scream because time was

doing nothing.

That’s when I discovered a fundamental truth: We don't "move on" from grief. We move forward with it.

As a Qualified Grief Coach, Bereavement Specialist, and Counsellor, I

have spent over a decade supporting families through dementia, pet

loss, spousal loss, and complex grief. My mission is simple: To be the

person I wish I had when I was in the dark.

A Structured Path from
Heartache to Peace

Most people think grief is a chaotic mess that you just have to "wait out."

I disagree. Healing requires intention.

The H.E.A.R.T. Method

H

Healing Your Nervous System

We stop the "fight or flight." I teach you somatic tools to calm the anxiety and exhaustion that grief triggers in your body.

E

Embracing the Emotions

We build your "grief muscles." You will learn to ride the waves of emotion rather than fearing them, giving you back your control.

A

Acknowledging the Impact

We face the guilt, the "what ifs," and the regrets. We clear the heavy emotional debris so you can breathe again.

R

Reconnecting with Love

This is the beautiful part. We shift your focus from the trauma of the end to the joy of the memories. We replace haunting images with happy ones.

T

Transforming Your Life

You will rebuild. Not the same life you had, but a new chapter where you carry your loved one’s legacy forward with strength, not suffering.

Questions My Clients Often Ask

"Is it embarrassing to ask for help?"

No. It is the bravest thing you can do. Grief is heavy; you were never meant to carry it alone.

"Does grief have a timeline? Should I be 'over it' by now?"

This is the biggest myth. There is no timeline. Whether it’s been 3 months or 3 years, if it hurts, you deserve support.

"Do you really help with Pet Loss?"

Absolutely. The loss of a faithful companion is a unique, shattering pain. My Pet Grief program is specifically designed to validate and heal this deep bond.

"What if I just cry the whole time?"

Then we cry. My sessions are a container for your emotions. You don't have to be "polite" or "together" here. You just have to be you.
